David founded and for over 15 years led the MacLean Group of companies – MacLean Group Marketing, an international full-service marketing agency; and MacLean Sports Marketing, an international sports marketing agency, which served the promotional needs of professional sports teams across North America.

David has since transitioned out of his agencies and now works with CEO’s, Entrepreneurs and Executives to empower and equip them to enhance their lives, and grow their leadership and their companies.
David believes that business is the primary means through which we contribute value to people’s lives, and to our community. His goal is not to be “busy”, but to strategically contribute to the betterment of our world by wholeheartedly leading so others can wholeheartedly live.

David currently serves as a Chair for The Executive Committee (TEC) Canada equipping leaders to dare greatly in order to maximize their professional and personal growth.
TEC is part of Vistage International, the world’s leading CEO support organization operating in over 20 countries around the world. David leads 3 groups of CEO’s, Entrepreneurs, Executives and Emerging Leaders.
David is recognized as a “Master Chair” within TEC and has received numerous Chair Excellence awards, in addition to the 2015 National Red Shoes Award for outstanding Creativity and Innovation in the art of leading leaders.
David is passionate about equipping people to live and lead wholeheartedly for a lasting legacy.
